Welcome to the IVC Biology Society homepage!!! We encourage you to
participate in the second semester of the first biology club on campus.
Whether or not you are majoring in biology, we welcome you. Biosoc
is an action oriented club, concentrating our activites on ecologically
improving the college while gaining a greater understanding of the practical
applications of biology. Now, this may all sound very academically
based, but we are also concerned with improving student social life on
campus (in other words, we also like to have a good time!!!). In
addtion to enriching your knowledge of the various aspects of the life
sciences, social clubs such as Biosoc are regarded favourably upon by universities
when applying to transfer. Life does not just revolve around books,
and Biosoc is committed to enhancing a well balanced atmosphere for all
students.
